BARRE TONE

Wednesday, Friday 6AM

A signature, low-impact Barre class offering a full body workout that tones muscles while promoting proper alignment.  This class uses minimal equipment, but can be done without any at all.  Your instructor will offer modifications and cue adjustments making this class appropriate for all levels of fitness.

BARRE MOVE

Saturday 8AM

A low to medium-impact Barre class that offers opportunities for increased heart rate while enhancing muscle endurance. This class uses minimal equipment, but can be done without any at all. Your instructor will offer modifications, and cue adjustments, making this class appropriate for all levels of fitness.

HIIT

Monday 8AM

This class consists of 45 minutes of low to medium-impact, high energy movements that utilize intervals of work and rest to promote cardiovascular health! We use similar equipment to our barre classes, and borrows some barre-style moves.  Sneakers are recommended, and this class is appropriate for all levels of fitness.

CARDIO DANCE

Thursday 7AM, Sunday 9AM

A fun, high energy dance-based class tailored for anyone who likes to move their body to the music-adults and children alike! This class uses little to no equipment and is appropriate for all levels of fitness.
